1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the onexbat platform and all associated services. Using onexbat's website, mobile app, or any other channel constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms.

Onexbat provides online Sports Betting, casino games, and related entertainment services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and shall take precedence in the resolution of any disputes.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

You will be required to agree to these Terms and Conditions when registering with onexbat for the first time. Registration cannot be completed without your consent. Once you agree, you are bound to comply with all the terms stated herein.

1.2 Language & Interpretation

While these terms are published in Bengali, the original legal document is in English. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict, the English version shall prevail. That said, Onexbat always strives to keep both versions consistent with each other.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on Onexbat, you must meet the eligibility requirements listed below. Failure to meet these requirements will prevent account registration, and any account found to be non-compliant during verification will be closed.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• Registration is not permitted from countries or regions where Onexbat's services are prohibited by law.
• A valid mobile number or email address is required to register.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Onexbat Support immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Onexbat reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. KYC verification is typically initiated upon a withdrawal request or for high-value transactions. Documents required for verification:

• National ID Card (NID) or Passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Proof of Payment Method Ownership

3 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Onexbat supports the most popular mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. The transaction rules are detailed below.

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits are usually instant, though banking delays may occasionally extend processing time to up to 30 minutes.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The account holder and the payment method owner must be the same person.

3.2 Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account tier.
• Processing is typically completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

Onexbat processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Deposits made in foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing market rate, and a conversion fee may apply.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Onexbat regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Please read the terms and conditions of each bonus carefully before claiming it.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit (up to ৳5,000). To claim this bonus:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• This bonus applies to your first deposit only.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount (x10 wagering requirement).
• You have 30 days to complete the wagering requirement.

4.2 Weekly Cashback

Active members receive a cashback on their weekly losses. The cashback rate ranges from 5% to 15% depending on your account tier.

4.3 Referral Bonus

When you refer a friend, both of you receive a bonus. Once the referred person makes their first deposit, the referrer will receive a set bonus amount. Wagering requirements apply to referral bonuses as well.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Onexbat takes an active stance against bonus abuse. The following actions are considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Using low-risk betting strategies to farm bonuses.
• Claiming bonuses using false information.

5 Betting Rules & Conditions

There are general rules that apply to all betting activity on onexbat. These rules govern every type of bet placed on the platform.

5.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please review the odds and conditions carefully before placing your bet. onexbat is not obligated to void a bet placed by mistake.

5.2 Match Cancellation & Results

• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned mid-way, onexbat reserves the right to determine the outcome at its sole discretion.
• Onexbat is not liable for disconnections that occur during live betting.
• If official results are amended, bet outcomes will be updated accordingly.

5.3 Maximum Winnings Cap

Maximum winnings on single bets or parlays are capped. These limits may vary by sport and event. Full details on specific limits can be found on the Promotions page.

5.4 Cash Out

The cash out feature is not available on all bets or at all times. When cash out is available, the value will be calculated based on current odds. Cash out values update automatically.

6 Responsible Gaming Policy

Onexbat places responsible gaming above commercial interests. We believe betting is a form of entertainment, not a habit. To support this, we have put in place a number of player protection measures.

6.1 Self-Control Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Betting will automatically stop once a specified loss threshold has been reached.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Onexbat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons.

• Providing false or incomplete information during registration.
• Managing multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraud.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing other users or staff.
• Failure or refusal to cooperate with KYC verification.
• Failure to verify age, or being confirmed as a minor.

8.2 Balance Refund

Upon account closure, any valid balance (bonus-free and with wagering completed) will generally be refunded. However, balances may be forfeited in cases of fraud or bonus abuse.

8.3 Self-Initiated Account Closure

You can close or temporarily suspend your account at any time. Just notify our support team and the process will be completed within 24 hours.

9 Changes to Terms & Contact

Onexbat reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of changes via your registered email or in-app notification before they take effect. For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given.
